For more than 20 years, Madison, Wisconsin-based Tracy Travis built a career on driving business results. Results for products, services, promotions, entire businesses and teams. Throughout it all, she was driven by her own passion for people who were driven by purpose. In 2021, she struck out on her own and founded the business strategy and marketing consultancy ImpacTT Collective.
Today, Tracy integrates her own passions - for community, for education, for people and for growth, even her passions for problem-solving, agriculture and leadership development - into ImpacTT Collective.
Since ImpacTT Collective’s founding, Tracy has served as a fractional executive leader, a business strategy coach, and she’s brought in her community of leaders, entrepreneurs, and change agents to help drive growth and transformation for dozens of clients across industries. From entrepreneurs just getting started to seasoned leaders looking to transform their departments to change agents ready to shake up their industry – they have all worked with ImpacTT to drive their purpose and their business forward.
